About the Opportunity:
A growing and highly respected Central Florida family law practice is seeking an experienced Florida-licensed Family Law Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients during some of the most challenging times in their lives while working in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing a family law caseload from inception through resolution, possess strong litigation and negotiation skills, and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a family law caseload from intake through final resolution.
  • Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
  • Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding case progress.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Manage deadlines while maintaining accurate and timely case documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Florida family law experience preferred.
  • Experience handling contested family law matters.
  • Strong courtroom, mediation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client-centered representation.
